Good Shepherd is a Christian-based Montessori school serving children ages 2 ½ to 6 years. Our guides hold AMI Primary Diplomas and are certificated in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.The responsibilities of this position include educational leadership, day to day operations, financial management as well as working with church leadership and the Board of Trustees. Duties include hiring faculty and effectively managing all employees; ensuring compliance with state and local requirements, mentoring and developing staff, promoting strong partnerships both within and outside of the school community. Preferred Qualifications Include:Bachelor?s degree with a minimum 45 college quarter credits in early childhood educationPrimary level Montessori diploma;Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level OneExperience with or knowledge of business discipline, such as accounting.
